Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and processing stop loss insurance claims efficiently.
• Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of claims.
• Reviewing policy documents and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
• Coordinating with underwriters and medical professionals to assess claims.
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries related to stop loss insurance policies.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating the insurance database as needed.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly in stop loss insurance, is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Additional Details:

$25 per hour.
